Justin Paul
Executive Vice President TFI International
Justin is a Executive Vice President who has been instrumental in the strategic re-alignment of the TF Energy Solutions group of companies since 2008.
His leadership and business acumen have created a unified and robust customer-centric group that continues to exceed customer expectations while creating efficiencies to improve shareholder value.
The group currently consists of 15 operating entities which include LTL, truckload, van, flat deck, over-dimensional, and specialized services which include storage, warehousing, pipe yard management and labour.
Justin's commitment along with his focused approach has created a unique portfolio for TFI International and the TF Energy Solutions group, a leader in the Energy and Renewable sector throughout North America.
John Truong
Vice-President and GM
John is an experienced Senior Manager with over 25 years of management experience within multi-faceted complex organizations. He has held senior-level roles within many different sectors of the transportation industry, managing large customer and employee bases.
John has dedicated expertise in courier, expedited, less than truckload, dedicated logistics, heavy haul over-dimensional, warehousing and sort operations.
John is proud to have led key projects including ISO, SAP, process improvement, and quality teams including a new facility team responsible for three state-of-the-art sort facilities. John is an employee-focused leader who serves by delivering results-driven success. His focus on customer service excellence has been a main contributor to maintaining the current portfolio of customers but also significantly growing new business opportunities.
Terry Bludd
Vice President, Sales
Terry is an experienced Sales Manager with over 18 years of experience leading teams within large sales-driven organizations. Terry is proud to provide industry-leading integrated transportation and logistics solutions to the energy, mining, agricultural, chemical renewables, and manufacturing sectors across North America.
Terry is a results-driven professional who joined TF Energy Solutions in 2019. With a keen focus on strategic growth, he spearheaded successful initiatives to diversify sales efforts in the sales sector across western Canada. His proactive approach and dedication have been instrumental in contributing to the company’s growth and expansion. As a seasoned leader, Terry continues to drive innovation and excellence, making a lasting impact on the energy solutions landscape.
Jenny Yong
Director of Finance
Jenny is an experienced Financial Manager with many years of experience in financial and business analysis within the trucking and banking industries. She has worked with various TFI companies since 2010 providing leadership in all areas from financial reporting to cost analysis.
As the Director of Finance for the TF Energy Solutions group of companies, she continues to support TFI’s initiatives in the areas of finance and reporting along with supporting business acquisitions and consolidations.

Director of Safety, Compliance and Maintenance
Dave is an experienced Senior Manager with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of transportation and safety.
Dave is proud to provide support for all day-to-day activities affecting safety, risk, insurance and claims as well as guidance and support in all safety initiatives.
